Black Paintings: Where Creativity and Self-Confidence merge
At the heart of my art lies the unique and individual creative power of each person. As the "crown of creation," every human being possesses an innate ability to create and actively shape their own life as well as the world around them. With my "Black Series," I draw upon existing works and creations of other artists and interpret them in my personal, innovative way. Through this connection, I honor both their original creative power and my own artistic identity by re-staging and transforming existing motifs in a unique manner.

My art aims to invite viewers to consciously perceive and unfold their own creativity. Because in creative activity, we find inner balance, serenity, and ultimately access to our true selves. The creative power enables us to dive playfully and naturally—like a child—into our own creative world, discovering and cultivating our unique artistic expression.

I see my art as a call to trust in one's own creative power and to walk the personal life path with more ease and confidence. My works serve as a reminder that every person is unique and possesses an unmistakable creative force that wants to be lived and celebrated.

My dream is a world where everyone is aware of their worth and uses their individual creative power to collectively create an atmosphere full of joy, creativity, and inner harmony.

Welcome to the metamorphosis of your own creative power — Welcome to my Black Series.

Moments in between the lines: the creative journey of Kronina
Kronina's artistic journey began with a deep conviction: creativity is not a goal, but a way of life. Born in 1986 in Siegen, she found early refuge and expression in art. Her determination was already evident during her school years when she rose every day before sunrise to attend a high school with an art-focused curriculum — a sacrifice she willingly made to give space to her passion. However, the path was not always straightforward: an initial rejection from the art university prompted her to refine her skills through a portfolio course and to believe in her vision more than ever. This experience shaped her and not only earned her a place at the university but also taught her that true growth often comes from setbacks

During her art studies, Kronina developed her unmistakable painting technique that captures the moment and emphasizes the essential. Using a paint roller on a telescopic pole, she creates expressive scenes that tell everyday moments in an abstracted form. Several canvases are worked on simultaneously as she sketches out contours with intuitive movements. This method, which combines dynamism and reduction, gives her works a distinctive energy. Particularly her "Black Series," which plays with minimalist color schemes, has gained strong resonance among art lovers and collectors in recent years. The past few years marked a turning point in Stephanie's career. Her works received increasing attention — from solo exhibitions in galleries to juried shows like "Here and Now – Art from Hamm and Westphalia" (2024), where she successfully competed against applicants from across Europe. Publications in the economic report of the IHK association praised her artistic vision and techniques. Today, Kronina lives and works in Neunkirchen, where she continues to transform everyday stories into abstracted artworks that invite viewers to reflect.
